portion size

So...I'm a little over a month out and I haven't been able to eat more than 2 spoon fulls of anything. I guess the swelling as gone down because I am able to eat more now. My question is what is the portion size that we are allowed to eat. I forgot what she said because I haven't been able to follow it. I know it was something like a cup or half a cup or something of that nature.
