Been stalled for about a month now. 7 months post op and have about 20 pounds to my goal weight. Any suggestions. I am getting in my protein , water and exercise just I. A stall

It's been over 4 months since surgery. Went in for my 4 month check up and down 47 pounds Could not be happier !!!! I did have to have emergency gall bladder surgery 3 weeks ago but all went well with that surgery as well.

Hi, I used Dr Kim. I almost 3 years out. We have a private Dr Kim only FB group. You may already know about it. Its getting closer for you! Yay!!

I am 19 days from my big day- November 6th by Dr Kim of Kim Barriatrics in DFW area. Anyone else around this date with Dr Kim? I start my pre-op liquid diet on October 30th. Getting excited!!!!

My surgery is scheduled for November 11th and as excited as I am, I am still very nervous I have read a ton of positive experiences here and pray that all of ours goes well. Good luck to all of the Nivember sleevers.
