Hello everyone,

I am 5 days post op and I was wondering when do I start with protein shakes? Lord knows I a tired of the broth, gelatin, and all of the clear liquids lo. Can someone please help me.

Gallbladder removal

Hello everyone, as I get closer to my surgery date I'm trying to decide if I should have my gallbladder removed as well. For those of you who have been sleeved already would you recommend that I get it removed, or don't bother it until it cause a problem?

Hello everyone,

I am 9 weeks and 3 days away from being sleeved. I cannot wait until February 18th, 2014. I look in the mirror everyday saying that I cannot wait until my change come. It's raining and snowing here in Chicago Now And I Keep Saying I Cant Wait Til summer. By summer I will be a different person. However, in the mean time can anyone suggest somethings I can do to jump start my weight loss. I would appreciate it. Also, have a good holiday season!
