Ya, I hear you on the drinking part. My husband gave me a stern talking to one day last week because I didn't drink enough. I had no energy. Sucked!
We weigh ourselves every Sunday, so I don't know the exact amount so far. As of last Sunday it was 22 for Bill and 16 for me. Congrats on the 28, that is awesome. I see it in my face mostly. really can't tell over all. Talk soon. Tracy

We (hubby and me) mad it thru. yay How are you doing? I called today and Melissa said we could start on pureed food. I could not drink protein drinks because they are milk based and the Bullets are the nastiest things I have ever tasted. So we are happy for pureed foods.

Hi there! I am doing fine. I was a little excited I was able to eat a little puree food thanksgivings. I am comfortable at home relaxing in my own bed. I went walking yesterday and plan on going again tomorrow. I will slowly add more exercise. I got on the scaled today down 20lbs WOW I had to double check. Mexico was a like you said "NEXT.." I am glad that part is over and the next journey begins.. Good luck and stay in touch.

Thank you for the info, I will do that. Bill and I had to do a 7 day pre diet, but it will be worth it. Is there anything you didn't take and wish you did?
