I had 2 weeks in the Dominican Republic and it was so beautiful and hard on my sleeve, but I survived and only gained 1 lbs. which I have since lost and then some. 38 lbs. so far. My blood pressure has gone down and have lost 22 lbs. so far. I remember binging before my liquid diet and it feels so great to not have that feeling of wanting everything in sight .
