    Hi Joy. My doctor actually recommended the sleeve for me. His feelings were that it would be just as effective for me as the bypass. So far, I have had pretty good luck with it. I do think that the weight comes off a bit slower than with the bypass, though, so be aware of that. Let me know if you need any more info!
