I found the secret protein and you can eat it for breakfast or as rice, or pasta I sure love it and you get all the Protein, Vitamins, Calcium, B 12 that you need and you only need to eat about a cup a day it's AMAZING.
If you can handle the texture Sister's and Brother's you are home free. It's called QUINOA read all about it there is so much info on this little grain and really easy to make.
