I am just over one month out. I have been stuck at the same weight for over a week. I am still trying to get my protein in first before anything else. It has been a struggle. I can eat just about anything I want. I have had no restriction and i feel just like before surgery except I get full quicker.I am still always hungry as well. I am still getting used to the new lifestyle. I am down 19 pounds since the day of surgery. It seems like some have lost a lot more but I am losing I guess thats all that matters!! I am still hungry most of the time. I am not getting in the protein that I need to and I am sure that has a lot to do with everything. I am doing the treadmill at least 3 times a week. It is definantly a lifestyle change and i just take it day by day.

Wow how time flies when your having fun...JK!!!! it has been the longest 2 weeks of my life!!I am feeling 100%. I am having a really hard time getting in my protein shakes without getting nauseous. I am able to start soft foods today so that is good but i was to scared so I ate a pudding. I have lost 16 pounds since surgery. Everyday I am more and more happier that I made the choice to get sleeved. What was everyone eating at 2 weeks post op??TIA

Well things are much better this week than last.I threw a BBQ for my husbands birthday yesterday!!It was really weird and hard not to eat all the amazing foodIt was okay though.I feel like i need to continue with my family and the normal things we did before i was sleeved i just have to make sure my family and i are making healthier choices.I have revamped my families entire eating plans and my husband is on board with me on his own diet and has lost 10 pounds so its good for everyone.
