Day 5 postop! Need some other protein suggestions - please

I cannot believe how great I feel.. I really figured I would be in more pain than this.
One part where i am struggling is with the protein drinks. I do my 8 oz of milk and the scoop of protein.. it makes me so sick. Even thinking about it now makes me a little sick.
Could you please give me some examples of how you get your protein in for the day? Surprisingly I am doing pretty good with my water intake .. even tho it tastes funny now.
