Hi Ladybug - I happened across one of your posts about feeling gassy and uncomfortable after a bite of food. I'm 2 weeks out and struggle with the same thing. I've found that Gas-x strips are a lifesaver. They dissolve quickly and work immediately. I also take a bite and when I feel pressure get up and walk around my house! Hopefully this doesn't last forever! I imagine I won't be in demand for dinner dates if I have to get up from the table after each bite! Take care!
