Hi, I wanted to Welcome you to the forum, you and I had our sleeves two days apart! I had mine 1/27, and I am 5 ft 7 inches and the day of the operation I weighed 230. I have lost 25 pounds, so you are way past me in weight loss. I get hungry at times also, and I still drink one Atkins shake a day as they do not upset my stomach as real food sometimes does. I found that if I am hungry at night before bed, or if I wake up in the middle of the night, a 20 calorie hard candy helps. I am almost afraid to eat real food because it is harder to measure and get all the nutrition we need. I really have not exercised yet, it is too cold to walk, and we have had lots of rain.
