Hello! I hope things are going well for you. I saw that Dr. Alvarez was your surgeon. I haven't heard to much about him so I was curious what you thought of him. Where in Mexico did you have your surgery? Was it in a hospital? Hotel afterwards? And if you wouldn't mind, how much did it cost? Thank you so much! I am trying to decide who and where to go.
