Hi, everyone. This is not a happy post, but I think it may help. My surgery was on Feb 6 and I'm still at the hospital. The porcentage ofcomplications on a sleeve surgery is less than 2% but it happens. And it is hard to be part of this group. My procedure was good, I went home for four days and had to go back to the hospital with a fistula (little hole on the stomac) and I'm here for the past 21 days.

Hi, everyone. I just want to share with you a not so good experience. One week after my surgery I had to go back to the hospital, I got a trombosis on a little vain and a little hole in the stomac (I dnt know the technical names in English). Another week is gone by and Im still at the hospital, there is little to do but to wait for the body to close the gap and the antibiotics to work. Hi everyone. I'm new here, I'm from Brazil and my surgery will be a week from today. I'm still deciding if I'll go through with it or not. I'm in a stage that I can wait few more months (or even years) to do it. I keep thinking what if I go over all the trouble and risk to be back here. My biggest fear, is to lose the weight and gain it back again. Any help with how to cope with that?
