1. Water does NOT sit comfortably in the stomach by itself, and since I can no longer eat and drink at the same time it’s making it even more difficult getting enough of it in.
2. My love of spicy foods will have to take a backseat to my desire to lose weight, because my new stomach FREAKS OUT when I have anything with any kind of even mild amount of spice, especially with a few slices of my beloved jalapenos in it.

So I heard A LOT about this common "Week 3 Stall" on my WLS Facebook groups, and still for some reason thought it wouldn't effect me since I was eating exactly like I was supposed to and loosing weight just about every day. I was sleeved on March 8th, at about 4:30 pm. It has now been six days, but feels like I just got back. Physically I am still a little sore, not bad if I take it easy, mostly just weak with some pressure in the chest (especially after a sip of anything). I got to say having two toddlers to take care of makes it is hard to ever really "take it easy", but I am trying. Mentally however I feel like I have A LOT to "heal" to sort out. I don't know why, I didn't think this would be

Now I know that everyone talks about clothes when they look for inspiration for wanting to loose weight, or being around for their loved ones, and I am looking forward to those for sure, but you know what I AM looking forward to?...Not breaking anymore things because of my weight. That simple. Tonight I broke the little mini-stepper I had just purchased less than a week ago, I've been really putting it to use since I got it and tonight one of the steps came off and wont stay on anymore, yet ANOTHER
