Stalls are normal - I have had about 3 in 4 months. Think of weight loss like a plateau - you lose and then plateau for a couple of weeks, then lose more - my surgeon said this is normally the way you lose weight with a sleeve - evidently your body starts holding pounds! If you average out to about one pound a week - you are doing good.

It' s not good to drink soda at all whether regular or diet. Diet is just as bad and causes you to gain weight. It has caffeine which os dehydrating, the carbonation will expand in your new sleeve. The sleeve bible says no too. Drink flavored ice water,
