Oh thank you!!! I fly from Orlando to San Diego tomorrow. This is day 2 of liquid diet--absolutely Killing me!!! Found chocolate muscle milk, high in protein and no sugar (100 calories) and chicken broth from the Chinease rest. to be the most satisfying. Really killed me to see the family eat pizza and wings tonight, but I know it is all worth it. Like they say, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
I took some aweful "before" pictures tonight in some monkey pajamas tonight too!!! Can't wait to take "after' photos in the same pajamas in a few months

Hi! I see you will be having surgery just three days before me... same doc. I hope we can meet. This group and the people here are so fun online, in person has to be even better. Hope to see you there!
