im feeling great, what about you? I walked a mile and half tonight and things are moving right a long for me. I am down over 22 lbs now and I am not as sore. I was worried because of being diabetic it would take a bit longer to heal for me, and it is but all in all I am doing ok. How bout you?? I had no complications really accept for nausea but i had a migrine and it is all better now. I have trouble getting the amount of fluids they want you to drink in but i am trying. I drink 2 of the protien shakes a day first well i start the first one at 9 and the second one at 3 and sip sip sip all day long and usually I can only get one whole 12 oz bottle of water in, still trying to get more in.

Thanks to everyone for their warm wishes. Surgery went great today. Pain is under control have been up and walking around. I thought I would be more scared morning, but I found myself being at piece with my decision and was very calm.
