You look beautiful in both pics. Much slimmer in the new one though! You have a beautiful face, and I don't mean that in the rest of you is ugly kind of way that we have gotten all our lives as chubsters. beautiful skin, eyes and perfect facial features. rock that sleeve girl!
  10. OMG, you did? Why? I hate my job sometimes, and I wish I had the balls to quit. My boss is super haterish about my surgery and just crazy in general. I'm glad to hear you are feeling healthy. I have on on of my daughter medium shirts on right now and it actually fits!

Hey sleeve twin love your post!! I miss ya love talking to you
  13. It's not bad at all if you want to weigh yourself twice a week. I just know me, and I know I'll get all "stall" obsessed, because our weight DOES fluctuate with this procedure and when it does, I don't want to get all down on myself. Now because I didn't look for a hot minute, I was pleasantly surprised. Even I could'd wait all the way until my appointment, which I just had to change to next week because of a scheduling conflict. How are you feeling? I've stated working out doing those little workouts on cable on demand for 10-15 minutes a day, and that feels great and is enough for me, for now. Gonna try to work my way up to 30 minutes a day, but not just yet. Also walking a 5K on Sunday, so that will be a nice workout.

Wow another 10lbs that's great!! Congrats I do weight myself twice a wk maybe that's bad. I'm closer to be under 200 so I'm excited. I know my dr. Told me as longest I had my protein in I shouldnt experience hair loss.My hair did started to fall a bit but turns out was my shampoo I change and it stop.My hair is long too even a friend of mine ask me what are you taking? Just biotin and vitamins. I don't have another visit til jan. weird huh. I do have to see my primary doc on wed so I hope he takes me off my cholesterol Meds. Last time I saw him in aug I was 237 let's see what he says. I was o. A two week stall it sucks lol. I do feel like a pre teen you know when your body was molding its so weird I been this weight before but I see me smaller I guess bc I was used to seeing me big. Once I hit 190 I want to get a makeover buy something nice and get a nine hair cut and color.

2 week post op: Dr and Nutritionist say don't believe everything you read on the blog...

by Jos1yn on 10-01-2012 at 03:46 PM
Down 13 lbs since surgery. (yay). Doc said I look great, and should start incorporating walking right away. Clarified about the vitamin intake. Said the B12 will NOT absorb in capsule form because of surgery, it has to be LIQUID B12, and wrote me a prescription for it. (why didn't he do that when I got the surgery??? Not like I can get that from Walgreen's). Said the biotin pills were ok, chewable multi, OK.

Talked to the nutritionist about next food steps and about the hair loss
