i am so happy for you , what a wonderful feeling to be able to buy clothes right off the shelf. I know that you must feel better cause I sure do. I actually feel like I am taller lol It is amazing how busy I have been with work. Have not been on site in a while. I just feel so much better about myself now. I will be posting pics soon. People are really starting to notice now. as you know it takes a while when we have a lot to lose for it to show. i started at a size 22 and the 18 are getting really lose now. We have started a wonderful journey toa healthier life. Talk to you soon

I don't go on misson trips. I have a library in Haiti that I must maintain and my husband is a Haitian musician and he often has to stay in Haiti to play music. He will come to Chicago in March, after Carnival. I have a lot of work with the library but the worst is funding. This Saturday is the 3 year anniversary since the earthquake and many of the small non-for-profits are still struggling a lot!

Just checking in to see how you are doing. I really felt tired alot and was beginning to feel a little remorse. week 3 rolls around and I am a total different person. feeling good, a lot more energy. Total weight loss is at 21pounds. hope all is going well

Awesome! You had several insightful statements-I think I'm ready but who knows. I will be taking my spouse. He is being reallly great about this. I don't think without his support that I would be doing this. He knows I hurt alot-feet, knees, back & have high bloodpressure, cholesterol & terrible headaches. I know some of these things are due to being overweight! Am excited to come to exspect a new challenge in my life. I know it won't always be easy. I lead a sedementary life. (no children at home) Keep me posted as to how things go for you.

Iwent back to work day seven and was a little ruff. Thank goodness I have a job that I can work around
Each day gets better. Can not eat more than 2 tbsp at at time but that is good. Lest night I chopped a boiled egg till almost purer then the same with tuna and mixed some fat free mircle whip. It was awesome my whole tbsp full LOL I am venturing to a few soft foods. Yoguart does not seemto agree with me much. I have also tried mashed potatoeswith cheese and retried beans with cheese. I add unflavored protien powdertlo both. I will admit. Not the walk in the park but would I do it again. Yes in a heart beat. I have loss a total of 18 pounds since ore liquid diet and 10.5 since surgery. I hope all is going well with your recovery keep me posted

Stephen I just tonight scheduled my surgery with Dr. Almanza for 1-30-13. I am interested in your story. Glad to see that you are home safely.
