Well it finally happened. I've reached the dreaded plateau. I have stopped dropping weight so I understand that I need to change up my diet and exercise routine. Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, examples of what helped you?

I have nothing good to

I created my account on this website in June and can hardly believe how much time has passed as here we are in the middle of September.
I have had many email notifications about members on here welcoming me and I tried to log in but for some reason I wasn't able to until now. I don't understand it? It is so nice to hear from others on here! Thank you!
It took my doctor's office a month to set up my surgery which I thought was ridiculous but it is finally scheduled
