Yes popsicles are lifesavers I have them stacked in the freezer lol Im in love with the SF tropical flavored ones. Im happy youre doing great too We are progressing slowly, baby steps. Have a great day

Hey sweetie, I know right the days flyyy!. Ive been doing good. Protein has also been a struggle so I mainly focus on getting enough water in. I havent had any bowel movements and im worried about that. Ive also had episodes where I feel like im gonna faint so I quickly sit down and eat something. No nausea or reflux. The surgeon removed a hernia I had and I think thats why Im not getting them anymore. Im on full liquids so I mainly have mushroom soup or pudding. Dont know how much ive lost, I promised to weigh myself every 3 weeks. Are you on full liquids too? I know all surgeons are different thats why I ask.
