Sounds like you had a good NUT visit! I am at day 21 and on semi-solid foods now but I maybe taking it very slow integrating it into my diet. I am ready to head to the gym I found one that includes aqua classes, yoga classes and Pilates classes too. I am excited to get that into my daily routine, how are you on exercise?
