I started my clear liquid diet yesterday and amazingly ots easier than the full liquid diet I feel fuller and satisfied not hungry. The butterflies are starting up a few more days and our lives will change.

Hi Denise It's day 2 of my liquid diet. I sooooo hear the temptations calling. I keep telling myself that this liquid diet will probably be much easier after surgery than before. I mean I could cheat and nothing would happen... I cheat after surgery, I get sick. So is your surgery with Dr. Alvarez or Dr. Almanza?

It's going good so far a lot of temptations, but I guess that's something that I will have to get used too. I leave Thursday night. How about you? How is everything going for you have you started your preop diet?

Hi, how's your liquid diet going??? When are you leaving for San Deigo?

I started on Monday that way i could take Motrin and Tylenol for my caffine withdraw headache. It wasn't too bad. I have been drinking oy yeah from quick trip 32g per drink not bad tasting strawberry isn't that great and its filling. Jamba juice is a liquid but you won't be able to drink it for the three day clear liquid diet. Good luck

I need to be on the preop diet for 7 days. However, I am soooo excited about the new me that I got a little premature thinking surgery was this friday and it's not until next friday. I started a liquid diet yesterday and this morning when I went to post something I happend to look at my surgery ticker and realized my surgery isn't for 12 more days! LOL Yeah, I'm a little preoccupied with this surgery. How about you have you started the preop??? If so, what kind of protien drink are you drinkin?? The one I had yesterday was nasty tasting. And do you know if we could go to like jamba juice?

I am starting on Monday how about you? I think leaving soda will be my hardest. I'm starting to get nervous and excited about me life change.
