    Hello! I just joined. I am very close to setting my date for roux-en-Y. I only have to get blood work done. I am haveing serious doubts. I never wanted this but Tricare doesnt cover the sleeve. I only recently found out about the Naval hospital doing the sleeve. I called them all day Friday and left a message and never heard back. One post said she had to wait almost 2 years, one lady said they RARELY do the sleeve there. I am lost. I saw your post and was wondering if you could shed some light for me. Was it hard to get the sleeve and how long was your proces? Thank sooo much for your time! :0)

130 lbs baby!!!

I'm 6 months post op... My surgeon is happy with my results.
I try to exercise everyday. I can eat whatever I want but I try to stick to a low carb diet.

I'm wearing a size 8 comfortably. I've gone from a 2X scrubs and today I'm wearing size Small!

The weight loss is slowing down. My hair is not falling out as badly as it had been a month or two ago.

Plastic surgery and how I'm doing.

I'm 15 weeks post op. I'm at 179 from 245. My arms have bat wings and my thighs has the equivalent. Any one had a arm lift and/or thigh lift? How much money ? Recovery? Worth it?

My weightloss has slowed down a lot. I get 600-800 calories a day depending on my day....I'm last scared to eat more. I know I'm in starvation mode but Im terrified of where I came from and don't ever want to go back. I'm exercising daily now and I juice in the morning to help get in veggie nutrients.
