Hello, How are you doing? I am doing better every day. I am down almost 30 lbs! Still having trouble with the feeling in the back of my throat. It's like something is stuck. I think I need to learn that that is my trigger that I am full.

I hope things are still going well for you. I keep saying I'm going to call but I don't want to wake you. I am going to Boston tomorrow for a conference will be home on Thursday night. Are you off Thursday night? If so I will call then.

Should be interesting going to a conference with a bunch of people that don't know that I had the surgery. I'm sure they will be asking questions. There's only so much of my personal life I really want to share with my employees. Have a great week. Hope to talk to you soon.

You are right, time is on our side for a change. I am so glad I did this surgery, even though it is taking me some getting used to. I am just really afraid of stretching the pouch or doing something stupid sometimes. I heard from Gloria that she has no energy at all. I suggested she make sure to take her b12, multivitamin, and to make sure she is getting a minimum of 60-80 grams of protein in. She is still only doing liquids and now protein shakes. Have you started taking your vitamins again yet? I have to say, that has made a positive impact on my energy levels, even though I have days where I just want to sleep! She also said she is getting her stitches out at the dr. office on monday. I don't know how she waited this long. Mine were itching and starting to pull awfully and the skin was starting to grow over them by day 10! Anyway, hope things are going well and to hear from you soon!

great, how are you? I am eating tuna now (thanks to you) and refried beans, and some very tender chicken, along with the cottage cheese, and some other things. I am still stuck on the same weight more or less I went down to 255, then up to 260, now down to 258. I am healing well as far as the incisions too. I have gone to the gym twice this week and walked today about 1 1/2 miles. I wanted to do more, but we had a 4 yo with us who wouldnt' cooperate (not my own dd--although she was there, it was the boy I babysit). He tried, but he couldn't keep up with my daughter (who ran almost an entire mile--lol).
Glo has been emailing me to check in off and on too. How are things going for you?
