Sad news :(

greetings my sleeve family I have some sad news, my soulmate/helpmate who has been by my side on my 2 years sleeve journey to my new healthy life, passed away on Thursday 09/15/2011 I am at a loss at this point becuase I found him deceased in our home.. Please pray for me as well as his family. Thanks in adavance!!

Hey sleevers got this ok from nutritious this is for my soft and just staring reg food eaters. If you are having that "food stuck in your throat" feeling chew a piece of peppermint gum it will promote slaiva and add in moving the food along and the peppermint is soothing. DO NOT SWALLOW THE GUM I REPEAT DO NOT SWALLOW THE GUM! This little trick has made such a difference. Great Job every body and keep up the awesome work remember move 30 min a day everyday 96lbs gone since 12/10/10
