I am so bless!!

I had surgrey May 14, 2012 weighing 248 and of today My weight is 178....YEA!! The Dr. Changed my goal weight to 155-160 instead of 150, I look alot smaller than my weight. I am so thankful to God for the process, I had no pain or sickness. Getting to know my NEW stomach is amazing. I know when it is full to stop, if I keep eating I have learned that I get MAJOR pain in my chest ,stomach and back until it decides to pass. I don't like that so I try very hard not to over eat. I really like ready

Well I am very excited to say that I am in 199 today. I screamed so lound I know hubby thought I lost my mind....LOL. My surgrey was May 14, 2012 and I am very happy that I had the surgrey, just wish it was done years ago, Everything is in it's appointed time. I have had good results from day 1 and I am very thankful and blessed. I praying the last 50 pounds come off as easy as the first 49 pounds....God bless us all!!
Regular Foods

I am starting regular foods in a week and have no ideal what that means. Please help!! I am still not able to eat much food at this time. 3-4 small bites and I am full. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Surgery was May 14,2012 and it was not bad at all, I had no vomiting or no bad pain in stomach. I jus had gas and noise...LOL. I Thank God for my recovery and the way I feel. I just want to master everything else that is to come. I had No problem sleeping in my bed. I am so THANKFUL!!

What to take to hospital for after surgrey!

I am 4 weeks until surgrey and wondering what to take to hospital. Must have..Thanks for any ideals or suggestions.
