Have your tried Carnation Instant Breakfast suger free? It has the same protien and nutrients that the protein shakes has but I think it tastes better, plus you can choose what type of milk you want to use. My surgeon prefers it to the other shakes. Added bonus it is cheaper! Gald you are doing good, and it does get better, just go slow and keep walking.

Hey there, surgery went well I was up walking shortly after getting to my room. Then up and walked to ER to visit co workers at 0200am. Burping a lot after drinking, it feels like a full time job getting the fluids down. Just a little sore and tender to touch over surgical sites.

Yes, I am getting nervous. I work at the hospital that I am to have surgery at so... one more night of work then off thursday and then surgery....
