Well...I just came from my 6 week post op appointment and guess what??? I'm down to 200.5 lbs....that's 68.5 lbs from the beginning of my weight loss journey!!! I'm so happy! Yay me!!! Plus I get to advance to a regular diet today!!! Woot Woot!!!!
Now I just have to figure out how to add more protein into my diet...ugh! That is the hardest task ever. Hopefully I'll get more in now that I can start adding regular foods into my diet and I did purchase some unflavored unjury protein powder

I was sleeved on 4/10/12 and I'm struggling to get my protein in...I've just recently added soft foods to my diet so I'm eating an egg in the morning and some kind of lean ground beef in the evenings...but I'm not getting nearly enough protein. I tried a protein shake (Nector, purchased from my surgeon's office) yesterday and it went down ok, but right after surgery it made me sick so I was kind of leary of drinking them again...but since it went down ok yesterday, I'm going to try to incorporate
