Hi Mari! I got on the scale this morning and maybe I'm slowing down too already as I'm just a week and a half post-op. My newest thought about it that I want to share is that this seems like a good thing...I've lost 24# in the past 2 1/2 weeks between pre-op dieting and since surgery, but it doesn't help the face or the skin much. I realize that if I just lose a couple of pounds a week now, I'll have more time to tone up while losing and reaching goal will still happen in good time. Have a wonderful day!!
