Ok so i guess i can deal with the numbers not moving every single day,or even an hour later! But going up??? It's always about 3lbs. but how?why? It's driving me nuts!!! It's bad enough that i can't stay off the scale,but to get on and be 3 lbs heavier than i was yesterday?!?!? Uuuggghh!!! I admit, I'm not getting in my vitamins (still trying to find the right one) & protein. Protein is coming solely from food because i have yet to find one I can stomach. So I have this one pair of Favorite jeans (Maybe they're my fav cuz i couldn't get them on before!). I've been doing leggings ALL the time, just still not comfortable with shopping for clothes yet.
