192 - my 3 week stall is going strong. But that's ok. I'm still 18 pounds under my pre-op stage.

Breakfast - premier protein shake with a little kefir and liquid probiotics
Lunch -- 2 oz tilapia and a thick french fry
Snack -- mozzarella drizzled with balsamic dressing, bite or two of tomato; 2 oz of leftover soup with tsp of unflavored protein powder
Dinner -- soup with protein powder, SF jello and SF popsicle
Snack -- couple of bites of chicken liver
