    Whats up fellow sleevers. Hope everyone is staying focused and on the right track. I'm doing great and feeling great. Four weeks post surgery and as of last Thursday, 30 lbs down plus the 12 lbs from preop diet, 42lbs total! My incision is healing well too, still having to pack it but its getting better. If any needs any encouragement or just needs someone to talk to just hit me up. Thanks and God bless.
