Hey all! Hope everyone is doing well. Today makes ten months since surgery and I began at around 287 probably more because that was my pre-op weight after two weeks of liquids. I am happy to say that today I am at 208. My goal is 130 which is about where I should be for my height. My one year mark is coming up soon, faster than you know it. I need 21 more pounds to go to have lost 100lbs. So that is my mini goal for February on my one year mark, lets see how it goes. My hair has stopped falling

Hello all! As promised like two or three months ago I have to update my pictures. I just updated my ticker. I have been so busy and I kinda forgot. So I am about 4 and a half months out ill make five on July 9th. To be honest I am doing a Summer semester at school and I have not been working out :/ which would explain why I am not losing the weight as quickly. I did however find a great Groupon for two months of CrossFit. I have never done it before so if any of you have please tell me your experience.

Hello everyone! So I am giving an update! Yesterday was my one week of surgery mark. I have to tell you I am doing great!!! I have no pain and still a bit of gas but not causing too much discomfort. I was sent home with a pain killer and I am proud to day that I stopped taking it the second day I was home I also have been lucky and have not even touched my Pepcid. [I just don't have any yet]
I went to my follow up this Wednesday and according to my surgeon everything is healing
