    hey everyone I was thinking I use to get colonics regularly in 2009 and I was wondering if I should have 2 done now before surgery on April 18. Today is March 30th. I was reading so many people who have had constipation and mb issues I think a few colonics could help clean out the intestine. That way it would be less build up. Has any one in the group done this before in preparation for surgery?

    Greetings Everyone, I finally got my approval for my insurance and I am well on my way to a healthier slimmer me. My surgery date is scheduled for April 18th horay!!!!! I look forward to keeping you all posted on my emotions and progress..... If anyone has any advice with the do's and don'ts please let me know. I'm so excited
