Thanks so much...do you know if he actually makes a "slip cover" over the staples? I heard some dr. do this for extra protection. Does he do this too? If you don't know I will ask him next time I see him. I have an edg scheduled for July 13th with him. That should be my last appointment then off to the chopin block! Yes, I do like him a lot too. Very nice and caring. Has a wondeful demeanor and bedside manner. Do you know of any of his women patients? I found one on this site. I would think there would be many more of his patients on here, but I don't see too many. So glad your on your way to achieving your goals...keep up the good work. Take Care too! Janine

oh, crap!!! I see you did have Dr. Shieh!!!! Tell me all about it...HOw many days did you stay in the hospital? I'm actually having the revision from Band to Sleeve. Had the band in 2004, worked for about 1 yr, then nothing. Dr. Shieh did everything to make it work and still no go, sooooo out with the old in with the new. Have a great day!
