Its Dec 21''11 an im at a loss of 84 lb today hoping i can lose 7 mor by 22 but i knw it wont lol wanted to be below 250 by my birthday but il not complain if i dnt... Im going to be a gramma today to so excited ;0)!!

yes I have lost 53 lbs so far and have come down two sizes.... im very happy.... its funny how the fat is all giggly, i find myself playing with it at times LOL
I have also discovered Ya'l that if you have a sensitivity to carbs .... I have been using the (on Swanson Vitamins web site) Ultimate Carb control C-120X look it up, even in bariatric foods the carbs can build up and go over but ive been steadly losing again after taking these, so thought Id post it to you all. :O)

im in Vegas an the heat is on... Literally summer has commenced, today 104 an still climbing. Swelling is gonna happen whether im ElBloopO or not soooo im tankin as much water as possible an stayn in as much as possible.
Even when young i would swell... ThankX to wonderful Genetics passed on to me ;o/, im wishing for oct already for the cooler mid 80's to high 70's
