Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, and wanted to say hello. I had my surgery a week ago yesterday. Everything went well, and I have not had to use any pain meds! I have my first follow-up appointment today. One of the questions I have for my doctor is how long does it take for the swelling to go down? is there anyway to speed up that process?

Lots of walking for your circulation and to get rid of those gas bubbles. And I spent plenty of time in a recliner with a cozy heating pad on my tummy. Don't know if it sped up the healing , but it sure felt good.
