    Hi May Sleevers,

    I'm curious how you are doing. I've significantly slowed- no doubt my own doing with a glass of wine here and there and a few sweets. Signed up for a gym yesterday - it will be the first time at a gym in a long time and I'm feeling good about getting more motivated to exercise.

    I'd love to hear from you about your journey.

    Yeah I guess I have slowed down also. I've lost 63 lbs so far, but with no exercise so I def need to step up my game. This is not where I want to be. Also, I have noticed my hair is falling out a lot. 😢

    Jen, I'm so sorry I didn't respond to you. I wasn't notified of your post and I was relying on that to inform me that someone posted. How are you doing now? Has your hair loss improved? I continue to have very very slow loss but I'm also not strict like i need to be. I've lost about 75 pounds and it's now about 3 pounds a month. Ugh. I'm counting on warmer weather helping me step up my game.
