Are all of you on the liquid diet this week? Today is day 1 for me, and I am not a happy camper...

I have been on the liquid diet since Feb26 and have really good at. I have wanted some things but have said No. Oooo it is hard sometimes! I only have5 days to go to get sleeved!

Hey everybody! Just checking in to see how you are doing. I am home and feeling pretty sore, but seeing improvement everyday. I am having a hard time getting in my liquids and forcing myself to walk, but I know how important it all is.
