    Well I had my surgery October 14th so I'm about 6 weeks out and I have to say eating is soo different! I get hungry but full fast. The scale isn't moving tons but the inches are. My true obsession is fitness! I went back to the gym 2 weeks ago and go 6 days a week. If I don't I feel guilty. I love my stamina!!! I'm doing weights now as well. I hope I keep this up in the long run . I can't wait till I'm a size 9!!! Half way there.

    That is so great to hear! I'm just at 3 weeks out and like you, I get hungry but full very fast. As the weight comes off exercising is so much easier. I'm walking /jogging and feeling good.
    Just curious, how long did you wait to start lifting weights or doing resistance?

    My surgery was Oct 14 too. I also go to the gym 6 days a week! I am feeling better everyday.
