Just wondering if everyone could give me some more ideas for high protein food that I can eat puréed thanks in advance
I've been pureeing canned chicken, salmon and tuna fish mixed with zero calorie/carb mayo. Tomorrow I am going to mix up some low fat refried beans, lean burger w/low sodium taco seasoning, low fat sour cream, salsa and cheese. Should be a good change from the canned meats!
