I am travelling back to Australia from the Netherlands. It's about 26 hours in total. I have packed some shakes and a shaker, and some bars (which are really, really gross, btw). I am flying Singapore Airlines, and they have always been wonderful with my family, so I'm hoping that it won't be an issue for them to give me extra water to make up the shake. Fortunately they offer a raw vegetarian meal, so I'll be able to pick at some salad, too. Does anyone have any more tips???
