I found Ensure has a CLEAR variety! I purchased some today at Walgreens and it's great. I originally purchased ISOPURE and couldn't stand the taste. If you are looking for alternative nutrition during the clear stage, give it a try!

Clear ensure... good to know. I need to go to the CVS Pharma tomorrow anyway, will check it out. How are your four-leggers? I bet you are glad to be home with those pups. I know my Boston has never been further than my shadow the past couple days.

The pups are great and were WILD to see me. All that obedience training out the window, they wanted to jump and smother me with their love! So lets just say we are having monitored visits with my husband close by! The black one literally cried when she saw me and started shaking! LOL. So far so good. Just trying to keep drinking. Went out to the Japanese Restaurant and I indulged in a bowl of CLEAR soup. I tried the Isopure I bought and gagged, so went off in search of flinstones chewables and something clear and found the Ensure CLEAR. I tried a sip of it and it's pretty good. I will drink that on my way to the office tomorrow. I worked from home today to give myself a little extra rest but I feel like I am ready to head back. 13 lbs down! I am excited!

Congrats to you on your weight loss so far.... I took this entire week off to rest and relax. I bought some chewable vitamins but was not sure when we could start taking them. I guess I can try them tonite. Dave

Grape Mist ISOPURE is not bad but the taste gets old very fast. Now I pour it in a cup and put it in the freezer until it is almost completely frozen and then eat it like a slush. Helps a lot. I like to do my protein shakes the same way. Gives me something to actually chew instead of all this liquid stuff all the time.
