Tomorrow is my 4th day into pre-op diet. This is tough! I do not feel really hungry ( well maybe alittle) and trying to take one day at a time. If I think of it in terms of another 10 days I am sure to lose it! 2 Protein shakes (90 grams protein) per day, 68-70 oz water and sf ice pops, jello and soup. I know I will make it but boy I wish I had something to chew on!!!
