Good protein drink!
I made a protein drink this morning. I'm sure I have read it somewhere, but I wanted to pass it on in case someone else would like to try it!

1 premium vanilla shake
1/2 a banana
1 tbl. PB2
A little ice

Blend and enjoy! (33g protein)

Okay - I take that back...sorry! I found the Premiere Protein shakes way too sweet for my liking. I used the JRobb protein powder - very delicious and very high protein. For the "premade" shakes, I like the Pure Protein drinks (chocolate and vanilla) and I would add PB2 or even just a big Tbsp of protein, a few ice cubes and a little banana and it's delicious. Pure Protein can be bought at Target or Walmart. Enjoy!

pb2 is powdered peanut butter I believe

PB2 can be found in most peanut butter sections in stores like walmart, ect. Its powdered peanut butter and they remove most of the fat! Sooooo yummy in my chocolate lean shake from GNC! In fact could not drink protien shakes without it! So good!
