Ok,what is a good, quick food to get on the go while driving from one place to another? One that can still be healthy but able to eat on the go. Im thinking a Chick Fil Lay sandwich grilled. I run into alot of unplanned situations. Thanks.

You can always go for salads if you are up to that level yet. Wendys chilli. Maybe mcdonalds oatmeal salads or apples. I tried chick filet grillers, not so great and not much to eat. I'd try for protein, some will let you get just the chicken pattie, like mcdonalds, for like 2 dollars. Go for eggs, turkey, chicken or yoghurt. And snacks, I go for jerky, fruit, vegies like carrot sticks, protein bars or shakes and nuts. You have to check the menus alittle bit but ask if they can do it your way...what have you got to lose? smile.
After recording my food on My Fitness Pal for a while now, I am gobsmacked by the amount of sodium that's in fast food and franchise restaurant food. It's just ridiculous. I know the sodium is there as preservatives -- nobody wants their customers to get food poisoning. But I'm certainly rethinking my relationship with chain restaurants of all kinds.
By the time I get to solid food post-op I'm going to have to start cooking at home a lot more than I have for several years. (Sometimes I think I'm so smart, and then I realize in other areas what a big dope I've been.)

Wendy's chili. Some kind of bean thing at Taco Bell (I don't go there, but I've seen others refer to it).
But what I do when travelling or on the go is stop at a grocery store and grab deli meat (not salami or anything - just plain chicken or turkey) or pre-cooked chicken breast pieces and/or baby bel cheese. Some grocery store lunch displays even carry hard-boiled eggs. It only takes a couple of minutes, and can actually be faster than some of those long drive-thru line-ups. I avoid jerky because of the sugar content.

If you routinely have unplanned situations then it's best to stay prepared. Fast food is fast and convenient however it is not healthy. Carry around single servings of nuts, cheese sticks, beef jerky, protein bars, etc that will get you by until you can get home to eat a proper meal.
I like to keep a protein bar and a snack sized bag of unsalted, dry roasted nuts in my purse. I also have a few bottles of ready to drink protein shakes on hand that I can bring with if I know I'm going to be out and about for a while.

I stop at AM/PM and get a bag of Planters Fruit & Nut Trail Mix. If I can't avoid fast food (which is rare) I will have a grilled chicken sandwich and just eat the chicken, or a bean and cheese burrito (and I just go ahead and eat it with the tortilla). I can only get a few bites in so I order the smallest thing possible. The other day I went through the drive in at Del Taco and got their mini quesidilla - 50 cents and it was perfect size!
Subway breakfast. My favorite is a 3 inch steak and cheese egg flatbread (I don't eat the bread and the egg is wrapped around the steak). Panera has the best black bean soup.
