    Smile Sugar Free Yogurt?

Tomorrow I can start Full Liquids and on the list is "sugar-free yogurt"
Can you anyone give me suggestions? Are there any sugar free yogurts?
If not can you give me some suggestions for low sugar yogurts?
I would prefer Greek Yogurt - for the protein

    Thanks so much!

My NUT said the lowest sugar a yogurt (or Greek yogurt...I don't remember) can have is about 7g due to the dairy having natural sugar in it

Chobani has a 100 calorie yogurt in a few flavors. Since surgery I really can't stand the surgery fruit stuff at the bottom so I've grown to love plain yogurt with a little bit of honey and fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Back before I introduced berries, I would have plain Fage yogurt with a little lemon crystal light powder added in.

I truly think getting the plain and making it your own flavor is the best - you can even blend the ingredients you put in like berries or peaches. This time of year so many great fresh soft fruits! Then get some sweetner in bulk

I'm learning that I have to approach "sugar free" and "no sugar added" labels like I already know they're lying.

Because most of the time they are lying.

Yes, there may be "no sugar added." But that's because the food ALREADY contains things like: cane sugar, cocoa powder (with its own sugar already added), sweetened milk, etc.

Puddings are terrible. Yogurts are challenging.

    It's dangerous out there!

LOL don't forget the cookie isle, the bread isle, the chip isle. Heck. thats the entire store. I do love going into the bakery and smell the aromas though... Favorite past time was baking bread :/ I'm going to start up again, but not sure I'm going to be able to resist to taste it... Fresh bread, and sorghum molasses. You know you are in the south when those are combined

Is there such a thing as sugar free yogurt?

My new summer treat has been sugar free jello with a couple of TBS of plain unsweetened greek yogurt. The jello is so sweet it sweetens the yogurt. Of course adding fresh fruit is good too but I would wait a few weeks for that. When I was on full liquids I couldn't have yogurt that had whole bits of fruit, it had to be smooth.
    Reason: spelling

Dannon Light & Fit Greek has a great variety of flavors, Fage is yummy also. I don't know of a "sugar free" greek yogurt. Good luck to you!
