I'm eating ricotta w blackberries right now. Similar idea but 200 cals, 14g protein.
I used to like cottage cheese but post sleeve it tasted way too salty to me.
Maybe I'll try again in a couple weeks.

Too bad I'm allergic to cinnamon! I loooove cottage cheese though, thank goodness it still tastes great post sleeve!

I find the dry curd stuff isn't salty at all, so I mix it with the regular stuff and the result is less salty and less watery - win, win

I disliked cottage cheese pre-sleeve. Now, I eat it every morning for breakfast and I have been for nearly 2 years. I like it plain, though, because of the sourness. Also, it has to be a certain brand (Dairyland). The other brands taste like crap. LOL

cottage cheese is my friend! I like it with salt and pepper. the liquid diet got me so sick of sweet that I couldnt wait to have something salty. Days that nothing seems to be going down good I can always go to cottage cheese. I do add some blended up peaches with it sometimes.

Girl, you changed my LIFE with this little nugget of heaven! I literally just rinsed out my bowl from eating this and it tasted (texture and all) as if I were eating rice pudding, which I LOVE! So so sooooo tasty!

I think you have to try it and see for yourself. I've never been able to explain the taste of something to anyone.
