I'm sure someone else has other recipes posted for similar things but .... I hate turning the oven on especially now in Arizona but I got to playing around with some no bake protein bites last nite
Surprisingly turned out very well.
I am going to buy some of this PB substitute to get these down in fat

Just play around to get the consistency you want. Mine turned out a little sticky but that's ok I just cut out a small piece and ate it with a fork.
3 tablespoons of honey
2 cups of granola (I buy granola cereal, same thing as in the bags and cheaper)
3 - 4 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
2 scoops of protein powder (I used vanilla but I am sure it would be ok to use any other flavor)
little dash of milk (I use Carbmaster)
mix and roll into little balls and freeze or lay out in a small pan and cut pieces off as you want them

I also made little quiche egg cups last week - really good and filling.
can of biscuits
pre-cooked turkey crumbles
low fat cheese
onion chopped
garlic whole also chopped
egg beaters or any egg substitute
line the muffin tins with one biscuit
fill with onions and a little garlic (I always keep fresh cloves at home so I just chopped them up)
then a little turkey crumbles
pour the egg beaters into each tin til about 3/4 full
Bake for 20 min at 400
Easy to freeze then when ready to eat top with the cheese
